Texas PTA is the ARTreach AIE State Outreach Partner of the Year - sharing AIE resources and ideas across Texas!
Be a part of the arts. In Harris, Fort Bend and Waller County, our area non-profit Arts groups, individual artists, musicians, and art businesses, paint and ceramic studios, music and dance studios, local venues, caterers, marketing and graphic designers are creative people and organizations that are part of our arts community. Please support arts education, cultural outreach, arts district development in Texas. Katy Culture and Arts Alliance Texas Commission on the Arts Katy Culture and Arts Alliance organizes openings that rotate to venues and creative destinations throughout the tri-county Katy area. ARTreach Institute- Teaching Artist Training Center. Training workshop that invite students to participate for free and at subsidized rates with professional artists in training for outreach are scheduled monthly. Participants may register in advance for an upcoming workshops with professional artists in training. Artists and volunteer are training for Outreach, to bring the arts to neglected populations, children at risk, in hospitals, impoverished communities, senior living and assisted living centers, and special needs facilities and home care groups. Wherever ever ARTreach goes. We make sure the arts are part of everyone's life. The Texas Music Project - great concerts organized to represent our diverse community. This project supports economic development and cultural tourism and help raise money and awareness for ARTreach Programs. Katy Heritage Society- Community Outreach - Public Art Project- "All Aboard Katy!" Find the Community Artists Studios and amazing trains and works in progress at the Villagio Town Center- Heritage Roundhouse Studios. Katy Visual and Performing Arts Center (KVPAC)- AFter School art classes and Community Theater in Katy!
