Danny Russo
Danny Russo is a popular ARTreach teaching artist offering a unique screen printing course. He utilizes hand cut paper designs, and light sensative emulsion to teach a vocational screen printing process. He introduces an inspiring and creative field of work in this Mentoring through Art Program. Danny also offers a variety of visual art workshops that teach papier-mache, gourd shaker making and other cultural programs. Danny professional credits include Arts for Learning Young Audiences of Houston.

ARTreach Art and Business Program
This unqiue project partnered The Katy Family YMCA and ARTreach to introduce Art and Business combined with Health and Fitness in a unique Summer Camp benefiting youth in the Fort Bend County Probation Department’s Project L.E.A.P. (Leadership- Education-Action Program).
Danny introduced graphic design and the screen printing process combined with marketing techniques associated with the wholesale t-shirt industry. Teaching art and business skills for living in the real world as taught by professional artist. This ARTreach program at the Katy Family YMCA was made possible thanks to the YAH Assistance Fund, Fort Bend Partnership for Youth and Tradition Bank of Katy.
This ARTreach Program at the Katy Family YMCA incorporated health, education, business and the arts to promote productive, creative and healthy lifestyles.
